01Member Eligibility

I2malaysia services are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify before registering or using this platform.

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. i2malaysia strictly rejects any participation from underage individuals.
• Not residing in a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any voluntary self-exclusion register or exclusion list recognised by the relevant authorities.
• Do not act on behalf of a third party or company when using this platform.

I2malaysia reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended immediately and the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

02Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at i2malaysia. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. i2malaysia implements a KYC (Know Your Customer) process that requires identity verification before your first withdrawal is approved. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or other official documents recognised in Malaysia.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. i2malaysia will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

03Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

• Attempting to manipulate games or the payment system.
• Multiple accounts that violate the one account per user policy.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

08Platform Liability Limits
